Presentation title

The Rosalind Franklin Mission’s Pasteur Payload – Stories About Instrument Development

Abstract

The goal of the ExoMars mission is to answer the question of whether there was ever life on Mars. The ExoMars Rosalind Franklin Mission, which is planned to be launched in 2028, will explore Mars by delivering a rover onto the surface.

Albert Haldemann’s presentation is focused on the heart of the Rosalind Franklin Rover’s unique characterization and analysis capabilities: the complementary scientific instruments of the Pasteur Payload and some of the challenges to get them built.
